SM Cleaning can mobilise between 5 and 50 team members to service your holiday accommodation every week, taking the headache away from you on busy changeover days.

We will manage all the cleaning, re-making the beds and refreshing the consumables, and ensure that your guests arrive to spotless accommodation, whether that’s a holiday park site, hotel, or holiday cottages. Your needs, in terms of the cleaning required, and the time-frame to complete the work, will be discussed, to ensure that we provide the standard your guests are expecting.

In the quieter months, we can visit your property at short notice in the event of last-minute bookings, or regularly for a quick once-over, just in case. This can be especially useful if you’re away from the area, or have taken a holiday yourself, when a last-minute booking comes in.

Student accommodation, at the end of the term or academic year, is another area that we can support you with, ensuring that everything is left pristine for the next set of learners.

Our service includes off-site laundry for all your linens and towels, returned to you for the next time. We are happy to replenish consumables (soap, toilet roll, etc) and place welcome packs and other items ready for new guests, according to your instructions. We bring all the necessary equipment and cleaning solutions.

We always have a contract manager on site for high-volume jobs such as holiday parks, to ensure that any issues are dealt with promptly.

Due to the logistics and time commitment of this service, we ask for a minimum 20-week contract with holiday accommodation providers.
